* 7/1 Distinguished Club Program year begins.
Immediate past club president is sent year-end DCP Report.

* October-March Membership Renewal Report forms are mailed to club president.
Collect dues early!

* 10/1 Completed October-March Membership Renewal Reports and dues are due at WHQ. Clubs that submit their reports by October 10 receive on-time credit in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).
* DCP Progress Report and officer report forms for clubs electing twice a year are mailed to club president.

October/November
* District 65 fall Conference - Come support your club / Area / Division contest winners!
Plan to attend!

* Club elections held at the first meeting in November for clubs electing twice a year.
* President appoints an audit committee to audit club's finances (for clubs electing twice a year)

December
* District conducts training for club leaders. Contact district officers for date and other information. Plan to attend!
* 12/31 Completed officer lists (names and addresses of newly elected officers) for clubs electing twice a year are due at WHQ. Clubs meeting this deadline receive credit in the DCP.

* Proxy certificates are mailed to club president, enabling clubs to vote at Regional Conference Business Meeting and Annual Business Meeting held during the International Convention. Be sure to vote!
* Clubs not intending to vote at the Regional Conference, please sign and return your proxies to the District Governor.
* Area level International and Tall-Tales contests completed.

* Regional conference is held. Plan to attend!
* 6/30 Completed officer lists (names and addresses of newly elected officers) for all clubs are due at WHQ. Clubs meeting this deadline receive credit in the DCP.
* 6/30 DCP year ends. CTM, ATM, CL, AL, and DTM applications, new member applications, etc., must be postmarked no later than June 30 and received at WHQ by July 7 to be considered for the DCP program. Don't wait until the last minute - mail early!
