District 65 Area 17 Governor receives Presidential Citation

At the 75 International Convention of Toastmasters International held in Washington, DC on August 25, 2006, Area 17 Governor Victoria (Vicky) Wienke, DTM, received the 2006 Presidential Citation from the Toastmasters International President, Dilip Abayasekara, DTM.

The citation read as follows: "Victoria H. Wienke, DTM of Elma, New York is a dedicated Toastmaster for more than 19 years. Victoria has served her district in many capacities. Always professional with great work ethics and humble attitude, she is a wonderful role model for this organization."

All members of District 65 congratulate Vicky and are proud of her achievements in District 65.
